Milford Moves For Veterans 5K Run & Walk

The Milford Bank presents the 8th annual Milford Moves For Veterans honoring Milford’s Veterans on Sunday June 22nd at Lisman Landing in Milford.

Registration/Check In – 7:30-8:45am

Free Kid’s Fun Run (Kids 12 & Under) – 8:30am

5K Run/Walk – 9:00am

Post-race snacks, fluids & water, awards distribution at Lisman Landing – 9:30am

All proceeds raised will be donated to Milford’s Veterans groups

  • The 5k Run/Walk is bib chip-timed from the start & finish- you receive your ‘net’ time.
  • All runners & walkers are eligible for prizes based on their time. 
  • Plenty of parking in nearby lots, at The Milford Bank on the green, and Colony Grill parking lots (no parking on the racecourse).
  • free Kids, safe “Run For The Flag” Fun Run- a non-competitive, 200-yard scamper for kids 12 and younger only – weather permitting. All kids receive a flag and medal at the finish.
  • A special swag giveaway is guaranteed to the first 350 entrants.
  • There will be a “Most Patriotic Award” which could be identified at the start. So be prepared! Show off your stars and stripes!
