Before Governor Lamont’s call in, Chaz and AJ went through some of the questions the Tribe submitted on Facebook. It all ended with an AJ flubble. (0:00)

The Amity Regional High School graduation is going to be broadcast live on PLR, and Weston High School’s graduation is on the Fox. Chaz and AJ received an email from someone at East Haven asking to recognize the graduates, but it didn’t sound legitimate. (6:34)

Joe Della Monica is a retired police officer, and currently serves as a security consultant. He was on with Chaz and AJ to address the murder of George Floyd, police brutality, and the calls by public protesters to defund the police. (12:17)

In Dumb Ass News, a girl just wanted to help a squirrel stuck in a pool, but it all went terribly wrong. (24:02)

Charles Haas is an expert on the Titanic, and was on to talk about his two dives to visit the wreckage, and the latest plans to visit the site for special artifacts. (29:42)

It was recently announced that East Haven Police Lieutenant Joe Murgo will be promoted to Captain. He was on the phone to talk about career, dancing at the Toy Drive, and how police officers have a great opportunity to bring communities together since everyone is watching them, now. (48:18)

So, the Dalai Lama has released an album. Chaz and AJ played a clip in Dumb Ass News, then spoke to his advisor about the production and behind the scenes stories. (57:51)

Movie and TV Critic Joe Meyers was on to talk to Chaz and AJ about the movie blockbusters that have not stood up to the test of time. The Big Chill, Star Wars, Avatar, and Ben Affleck’s career after Good Will Hunting were all discussed. (7:07)

Phase 2 of CT’s reopening process is June 17th, and Dave from the Riverview Bistro was on to talk about how he’s gotten the restaurant ready, and what things will change from phase 1. Plus, Stefanie from the Capitol Theater gave an update on live concerts, and how they might be broadcast to audiences instead of having them attend live. (20:31)

In news, Tara was on to talk about CT graduations coming back soon, and how she helped to make that a reality. (34:19)

Inspired by a story in Dumb Ass News, Chaz and AJ talked about the times they had to take an emergency deuce outside. (43:15)

Throwback Concert: Neil Young and Crazy Horse at Webster Bank Arena 2012

COVID-19 has put a hold on Neil Young’s touring plans for 2020. But despite this, the “Godfather of Grunge” still wants his fans to enjoy his music.

Later on this month Young will be releasing his long-lost “Homegrown” album which will feature 12 tracks he recorded in the mid-1970s. In 2021 Young has plans to release another archival album, this time from the 1980s entitled “Road of Plenty.”

Today we look back at Young’s concert with is band, Crazy Horse, that came to Connecticut in 2012. Plus some archival videos from his past shows.

Throwback Concert: The Allman Brothers Band at XFINITY Theatre 2002

Usually around this time we’re gearing up for outdoor summer shows at The XFINITY Theatre in Hartford.

But not this year.

It’s a sad reality, but one thing we can count on is we can always reflect on those warm summer nights watching our favorite bands perform on the XFINITY stage and hope those good times return next year. One band that used to make regular summertime visits to The XFINITY Theatre in the late 90s and early 2000s was The Allman Brothers Band. Today we look back at their show in Hartford in 2002 and some live videos from past performances.
