99.1 PLR celebrates 50 years! This week we are celebrating another great year in our history: 1977!
That year PLR presented Kansas at The Palace Theater in Waterbury. In 1977 Kansas hit the road to support their fifth studio album, the critically acclaimed “Point of Know Return,” which featured the hit song Dust in the Wind. This album would be Kansas’ highest charting album in the United States, peaking at #4.
