So I'm wondering how a witch's breast became such a barometer of weather. In the collection of sayings so far, colder than or hotter than a witches tit seem to be the most common. My favorite comes from Chuck in Naugatuck. Chuck's is very specific "Colder than a witches tit in a brass bra in mid January."
