99.1 WPLR Radio Account Manager (Sales Representative)

Compensation:
Commission

Function:

  • Sell advertising time to local clients.
  • Uncover customers' marketing challenges and develop solutions that help them meet their goals using our radio station's resources.
  • Prospect for new business, overcome objections, and problem solve to get the job done for the client.

    We look for people who:

  • Have a passion for Classic Rock; and a belief in radio's effectiveness for delivering results for clients.
  • Love and take charge of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing to service after the sale. A track record demonstrating an ability to prospect and land the business is a plus in addition to developing long-term relationships that result in sales renewals.
  • Love working in a team environment and hold his or her own as an individual.
