As Thanksgiving approaches it's time to think about our blessings and make an effort to assist those who need our help.

PLR along with The Connecticut Food Bank and News Channel 8 want to "Fill the Yale Bowl" with Thanksgiving Turkeys; and we'd appreciate your help!

Drop off a frozen turkey or at least TEN non-perishable food items anytime during our Fill the Bowl Food Drive.

This year we're back at Shop Rite of Milford 155 Cherry Street in Milford (inside the Milford Plaza).

Wednesday November 18th between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Thursday November 19th between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Friday November 20th between 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM

To say thanks for your generosity you'll get a pair of tickets to the big Yale vs. Harvard football game at The Yale Bowl on Saturday, November 21st while supplies last! Plus you can register to win some other great prizes!

The goal this year is to collect 85,000 pounds of non perishable food items and over 45,000 frozen turkeys. We can reach our goal with your help!
