The St. Patrick's Day holiday just wouldn't be complete without it! It's the 13th Annual PLR ShamRock & Roll 5k Road Race! This event is a blast every year! There is always lots of prizes, music, food, and a good time for all! Here's all the details...

The 13th Annual PLR ShamRock & Roll 5k Road Race is Sunday March 7th starting at 9:00 am at Toad's Place, 300 York Street in New Haven!

You can walk, run, or jog. Prizes and trophies will be awarded in lots of categories!

There will be live entertainment stationed throughout the race course. Everybody who runs in the race will get an Official Race T-shirt; plus there's awards for the top three finishers in each race division!

After the race is over we'll be having a rockin' Post Race Celebration back at Toad's complete with Live Music, plenty of food, and Beverages too!

This year we encourage all runners to bring diapers to the race for The Diaper Bank. The Diaper Bank provides diapers for needy families with young children. They are a local, volunteer driven non-profit organization dedicated to helping young children and their families right here in Connecticut.
