Before we mop up and say goodbye to 2009 Chaz & AJ In the Morning want to do one last thing to help out children in Connecticut; plus we get to have a big party too!

We're hard at work putting together the Seventh Annual Chaz & AJ Toy Drive for the Kids of Connecticut! You'd think in a state as affluent as Connecticut that every child would get to have a toy for the holidays; but unfortunately that's just not so. We want to help; and we're asking for you to chip-in if you can!

Here's what we're doing....

Chaz & AJ will be broadcasting live on location for our Holiday Party! The big day is Friday December 11th from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The place is Sports Haven located at 600 Long Wharf Drive in New Haven. (Click here for directions)

We'll have food, fun, live music and lots of special guests! This year we'll have live music from Blue Coupe and special guest blues legend Jeff Pitchell.

Admission is a new unwrapped toy valued at $20 dollars or more. All proceeds from the Toy Drive will benefit local agencies and countless families across Connecticut.

Plus at the Toy Drive you can purchase the new Chaz & AJ "Odd Fathers" Best Of CD along with the new PLR "Chicks That Rock" 2010 Calendar. Proceeds from the sale of the CD and Calendar will go directly to the Chaz & AJ Toy Drive.
