How about a road race?

PLR invites YOU to participate in the 28th Annual Branford Road Race on Father's Day, Sunday June 15th starting at 10:15 AM on the Branford Green. This year's event features a 2 mile health walk, a 1 mile family fun run, and a 5 mile road race.

There are cash prizes for the 5 mile race and awards given out in different categories. Participants can enjoy a post-race brunch featuring a choice of a sandwich, pancake breakfast or continental breakfast. Spectators can choose from a wide variety of food vendors on the Branford Green. Plus there will be live bands and activities for the kids.

All registered entrants will get a newly designed Branford Road Race T-Shirt!

This is also your chance to help those serving our country in the service of freedom. Please bring an item that can be sent to our men and women overseas (Soap, pens, paper, moist towelettes etc.). Make a $100 contribution supporting Connecticut's soldiers, The Nicole Defilippo Scholarship Fund, The Sandra Ciccone Scholarship Fund or The James Blackstone Memorial Library and receive a complimentary race entry.
