We brought The Magic Chicken into the studio with a simple mission. We would place two sheets of paper inside a tall cardboard box. One piece of paper had a Red Sox logo; and the other had a Yankees logo. The Magic Chicken would then poop on the team it thought would win the ALCS.

Before we placed The Magic Chicken in its thinktank we asked listeners to call in and speak to him. They could cheer the chicken on, yell at him to poop on their team's logo, or speak to him as if they were a chicken themselves.

After the listeners finished speaking to The Magic Chicken it was time for him to do his business. Here are the pictures that document this monumental event...

We had a little trouble getting the Magic Chicken to go from his cage into his thinktank. At this point we've got the door open and we're hoping he'd just hop into the box. No luck.

When AJ tried to place the Magic Chicken in the thinktank he leapt out of the box and ran around the studio while AJ, Billy, and Jesse went after him. Here's the Magic Chicken hiding behind our dry erase board.

After AJ calmly caught the Magic Chicken he was placed into his thinktank.

Which team is it going to be?

The Magic Chicken ponders who will win the ALCS. Will he poop on the Yankees or the Sox? Which team will get the Magic Chicken's "endorsement"?

The decision has been "made". The Red Sox will win the ALCS and advance to the World Series.
